Text Message (SMS) Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 6, 2026
These terms apply to text messages from the Idaho Employment and Training Program, operated by CommunityCX on behalf of the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare (DHW).
1. About this service
When you take part in the program and share your mobile number, we may send you text messages. These messages may include:
- Reminders about your participation requirements
- Questions and answers about your progress
- Helpful resources
- Directions for tracking your required hours
- Links to training videos and your work plan
- One-time login codes for the training video platform
Message frequency varies based on your needs and the conversation.
2. How to stop messages
You can cancel this service at any time. Just reply STOP to any of our messages. We will send you one more message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive text messages from us.
If you want to join again, reply START and we will send you a welcome message to confirm your opt-in.
3. How to get help
If you are having trouble with the messaging program, reply HELP to any of our messages and we will respond with information about the program.

5. Carriers
This service is supported on all major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Fees
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
7. Privacy
No mobile information or personal information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
