DHW refers customers to our program who are not working at least 30 hours per week at minimum wage, or who are not earning $217.50 per week or $870 per month before taxes and deductions.
If you are unable to work, you must provide verification to DHW so that they can redetermine your exemption from our program. Please remember that until an exemption is granted, you will still be required to enroll with us to avoid any negative action from taking place on your benefits.

Once compliance is met, your career coach will provide you with information on when you can expect release of your TAFI benefits.

Once your penalty period is over, you will need to contact DHW to redetermine your eligibility. If you are referred back to CommunityCX, your first step in regaining compliance will be to enroll with our program.
